Question, I have split my 4020 apart, to replace the ring gear on the fly wheel, and to fix the jumping that will occur periodically when letting out the clutch. Now the engine rear seal is perfect, in fact you can still see the yellow john deere primer. on the transmission side of the tractor that housing is covered in a thick layer of grease, I know that I have not greased the bearing that many times since I have owned the tractor. I did grease it while I have it split and noticed the grease coming out of the bearing. SO my thoughts are to replace the bearing. So would I replace anything else while I am in there, and what would cause the jumping while letting out on the clutch, after the clutch is fully engaged it is just fine and the jumping doesn't happen every time? Thank you in advance
