hello guys, I have a 70 gas that had a lp conversion . its done well but I would like to put it back to gas . How many different parts do I need? I know Ill need a gas tank and hood but know nothing about lp engines any help will be welcomed thanks Bob

Carburator. Use the LP manifolds. They are supposed to add a little horse power. They also don't crack like the gas manifolds. I have a LP manifold on my 60.

Take a look at the [b:654c4848f0]MANIFOLD, EXHAUST PIPE, AND MUFFLER (GASOLINE)[/b:654c4848f0] diagram below.

Note the intake manifold (Key 4), exhaust manifold (Key 13), gasket (Key 14), manifold valve clamp (Key 15), nut (Key 16), gasket (Key 17), manifold valve clamp stud (Key 18), and manifold valve (Key 19).

Take a look at the [b:654c4848f0]CARBURETOR (GASOLINE AND ALL-FUEL)[/b:654c4848f0] diagram below.

Note that the carburetor is a Marvel-Schebler DLTX-82 that was installed as original equipment on the gasoline and all-fuel tractors.

The parts mentioned above are not intended to be an all-inclusive list necessary to convert your LP tractor back to gas, but will at least get you started.

Hope this helps.

"Vernon" our <a href="https://youtu.be/qLO04MzQTxs?list=PLCUEeGboEbi9lZeitHoI9GA2HKYB2_Zyg">1956 Model 70</a> that was originally an LP that was converted to gas.

Are you sure it is not a factory LP model ? I'd hate to alter it if it was.

It will likely run fine on gas with a gas carb. and a gas tank to put gas in.
LP is cheap now and won't go bad sitting around like gas will. I'd be tempted to leave it LP.
