If it were mine I would remove the tank and clean it,
you will be fighting rust and crude for a long time if
you don't. Why chance another ip rebuild? The tank
should have a drain on the bottom, it's there to drain
water that condinsates in the tank. Went though the
same thing with a 4520 I bought, but mine rusted all
the way threw and started leaking. The drain should
be threw the front axle housing, you'll have to look
for it.
