Here is a pic of the 4430 with a 260 loader installed. We traded for the tractor a month or so ago and found a self leveling loader 2 weeks ago in Texas. Went to get it and reworking it to correct some issues. Main issue is that the PO must have thought grease was gold, so he never used any. A few loose pins that we need to redo. We had the main lift cylinder attach pins re-bored to remove about 1/8 in of slop. Have a few others to deal with as well on the front. We got a really smoking deal on the loader so a little rework is not a problem. Also, the PO welded the bale spear to the quick attach! So we had to cut it off and do some rework. Son-in-law said that Hellen Keller welded it so it was pretty easy to cut off without damaging the loader itself. Good thing because a new loader block is over $2100 if you can find one.

Got a skid steer attachment from Hayspear installed now. 260 attachments are hard to find and expensive when you do find them. Skid steer stuff is plentiful. We will rework the spear with a skid steer mounting plate and found a 7 foot 148 bucket that will also get a skid steer mounting plate. Got all of the hoses on the boom replaced but still need to address the hoses from the boom to the ports on the tractor. Really glad we bought the Deere joystick kit. Makes it a breeze to hook up. Expensive but worth it. Have to replace a bunch of those o-rings on the angle fittings on the bucket cylinders. Weeping oil a little.
