Ref Governor: Did as per your instructions. The Governor itself is now doing its thing as it should. Now it is a matter of adjusting the carburetor throttle rod. It looks like PO used the bend it here and bend it there adj method and the threaded end needs to have the threads chased, but they gave me enough to know the Governor itself is working. Let ya know if I get it or if I need more help. Thanks
