I have a hydraulic 3 point log splitter that I used to run on my open station 2550. We now have a cab 4430.

Wanting to plumb in a closed center single 2 way valve on the splitter and plug it into one of the scvs. Then I can hold the lever in the cab full on and run everything outside.

Will this work without hurting the hydraulic system?

Thanks Tim,

The comment on the 2550 had to do with not having a cab, not about the hydraulics. Yes, it was closed center. On the 2550 I could reach up from the back and run the scv lever. Not so with the 4430.
