Hello all,
some may remember my project earlier this year of rebuilding the hydraulics/ steering/ brakes & rockshaft systems on our 4010. Since then there's been an annoying "chattering" in the
pressure pipe from the pump to the pressure control valve. I've gone through most of the systems a 2nd time trying to find the cause & replaced a few more parts hoping for the cure.
Same noise. The company I bought the front pump from sent me another one. Same noise. Today I put a new coupler/ pins & bushings on. Same noise. Pump was against upper plate,
made clearance for it. Same noise.
My next test is to put it to work in the fields & whatever happens happens. I've run out of patience & time to be messing around with it anymore.
Thank you all for your ideas & suggestions on possible causes/ cures. I appreciated them.
