Recently,
I have seen quite a few older Deeres crossing the pond again:

This one is a French one (I meant it went to France).
There are some clear signs:
- Different front weights bracket, that hangs them lower
- behind the weight bracket, some bellyweight attached with a pin
- Factory Road Front lights installed low (This one has also ugly farmer mounted ones, but the factory installed ones look very good.
- Black painted screens over the fan are much longer
- Transmission brake (red lever on right of the dash), connected to a manual brake in MFWD transmission.
- Always MFWD and 15SPD PST
- 3 pt
- lower links have automatic latches
- 4050-4955 for Europe all have 2x lift assist cylinders
- Top link support is different
- Drawbar support is different for Europe, and trailer hitch very different. Most tractors coming back are sold with a new drawbar support and drawbar.

This one is in more European form:
- Turning lights not in the lights but in the fenders
- Fenders do not have 2 worklights per side but one per side. Should be a bracket for traffic lights on the rear side
- Roof has spot for traffic lights but does not have them
- Hydraulic trailer brake installed on top of LH SCV. This is actually a very nice feature.
- Rear rims for 4050-4055 Europeans are most of the tims steel rims with 10 bolts hub. (Farmers wanted a lighter tractor): In Europe there was a problem at that time between the 3650-3355 and the 4055. One was 1.5 times bigger than the other, with nothing in between.
- European tires size.

+ For this 4020:
- Extra lift cylinders to increase 3pt lift capacity
- Welded rings on the rings for duals

We have a 8300 that came back across the pond. Only
differences are the air system for trailers, different 3-point
arms, and the hand brake.

Normally, a European 8300 should have had different rear fenders and no traffic lights in the roof. Quite a few have a front 3pt hitch (Laforge JDI80 is the best).
