John Deere M. Crankshaft bolt.

What holds the big pully on the bottom of the crankshaft that turns your fan belt. I just noticed my fan wasn't turning and the crank is spinning freely inside the pulley. Is there a bolt from the front or a setscrew on the side of the pully ? Thanks

Note the groove pin (Key 1).
