Model M - New Piston Installation

I'm installing an overbore kit on an M, and am unsure of the orientation of the pistons and connecting rods. I did not take it apart. Do the notches in the big end of the rods made for the tabs on the bearing inserts face toward or away from the camshaft? Is there a "front" to the pistons?

There's a mark on the rod and the cap that goes toward the camshaft also make sure you time the oil pump so the distributer is lined up don't remember about pistons

Thanks for your help PCSAW. Did see the marks you mentioned on the connecting rod and cap, and installed them facing the camshaft. No real markings on the .045 over pistons indicating the "front". I just used the part number stamped on the top as a reference, and installed both pistons in the same orientation on the connecting rods. Bill
