Hi to all. New to diesel engines, Ok have 310b backhoe. Starts every time. Has no foot throttle, bad clock spring. Hand throttle has always worked good, then stopped. Found pin missing through linkage shaft. Now only revs to 1400 rpms.

did install new pin in linkage. Was running great prior to this.
