JD 466 TH Rebuild

Block will be coming back from the machine shop soon. I have a couple questions... I am installing high compression pistons from reliance, do I need to do any adjusting on the fuel side? I had the Inj pump bench tested and all was good. The pump is set 20% over on fuel which I didn't know. Will 20% hurt anything? Thank you.

Turbo, natural aspirated ? What was the factory rated HP?

Turbo. Engine is out of a combine and is now sitting in a 4430
powershift. Not exactly sure what model it was out of maybe a
7720. Do not know much of the history.

After you get it in find an honest dyno and keep it under 135 would be my advice. Good time to really clean radiator with engine out of way.

There was an early 466 and a late 466 with improved ports and manifolds. Even the early 466 will make more power without strain, than the chassis and cooling system of the 4430 can handle.
