When did John Deere start putting the B decal on the side of the hoods? I have a 43 B that only shows "Model-B" on the front of the seat support channel. That is the only identification showing this tractor is a B. Maybe this tractor was repainted and decals removed and not replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

When the box seat came out they put the "B" on the hood. 39-47 Model B was on the seat post. Ron Mn
