a/c electrical 2555 Deere

Anyone out there know why my 90 John Deere 2555 dash gauges would start acting weird when i switch on the a/c? They worked fine before I got the a/c fixed. I do only have one battery in it at this time. Would that have something to do with it? Maybe not enough juice?

As long as electrical system has 12+ volts with good battery cable connections then more than 1 battery would only help when starting engine. I suggest to remove cover on RH side of dash and check connections on printed circuit board. This circuit board has a long history of having poor electrical connections. Also check instrument panel electrical ground connections.
