Can you remove the destroke valve from the bottom of tractor to replace orings on a 61 3010 row crop diesel? The reason I'm asking is my hyd. and 3pt. quit working but steering and brakes work fine.

The priority valve has shifted because you have low pressure. The destroking valve would rarely be the cause of this.

I agree with JD Seller. It's possible standby pressure has dropped below 1700 psi or pressure control valve under rear of hood is stuck shut blocking pressure to scv & 3 pt. I'll suggest to check pressure at frt hyd pump which should be 2250 psi.

It has happened several times in my neighborhood, the complaint, I have power steering but no hydraulics. The first thing I do now, is remove
the stroke control valve, start and stop the engine as quickly as possible to flush the stroke control bore, re-install the valve and all
hydraulic function returns. Yes, it is removeable from the bottom without much trouble. A small particle in the valve will reduce the standby
pressure, below 1750 psi the priority valve shuts off all hydraulic function except steering and brakes.
