I'm rebuilding a M/S DLTX-67 and the main nozzle is solidly stuck.
Any tips on getting it out?
I suppose I could leave it in there, since it hasn't been damaged
yet, but that's not the way I usually "rebuild" carbs.

Royse, Cut threads inside the nozzle, then screw a bolt in with a spacer and nut. Screwing in the nut will pull the nozzle out. Usually they are not very tight.

I can't remember the tap size, maybe 1/4 20. you can run the tap partially up the center of the nozzle, then use a bolt of the right size to pull it out, either with a slide hammer or you can use a stack of washers to pull it out with the bolt directly. The threads you cut into the nozzle won't affect it at all.

If you don't get the nozzle out, free, and everything cleaned up, the tractor probably won't run right at all

Do like said below, you could get the slide hammer type sold by Roberts carb but it pulls on the tip of nozzle and a tight one will split the top of nozzle. Tap and make bolt/washer puller like said below.

I tap a 1/4 x 20 thread into the bottom. I then thread a long 1/4 carriage bolt with a nut and washer on it, up into the nozzle. Run the bolt in until it is finger tight. Then tighten the nut against the washer and they will pull out.

Thanks guys! A 10-24 tap fit without drilling, so I used that first.
Figured I could always go up to a 1/4-20 if needed, but it came
out with the 10-24.
