Single bottom 825 roll over plow

HI! I have not had time for any major projects this year so I decided to work on an 825 plow that I picked up last year. A small project that can be worked on as time permits. I picked this one up in Twin Falls Idaho and I was happy to get it as it is the only single bottom 825 I have seen. There were a few missing and broken part but I was not to worried about most of them as I have parted several 825 and F835 plows. To the pictures.

Picture posting did not work quite as I had planned it. The first couple of pictures are before pictures. The plow originally had 18" NGP bottoms on it. 16" High speed bottoms are going back on it. On a lot of the 825 plows I have picked up or seen the tail wheel axles have been broken and welded back together. I pick up a NOS axle to replace this broken left hand one.
The third and fourth pictures show the build up and clean up of the thrust surface on the hitch plate.

Pictures in the series. First is the roller catch plates. They have had the stop block built up and cleaned up and new pins made and installed. The second and third pictures are of the mast torn apart and reassembled. There were several bolts that had been replace with the wrong length bolts. Pictures four and five are of the reworked catch roller. A new pin for the roller to turn on was made and installed. A new roller was made and bracket was repaired where someone had went at it with a cutting torch and enlarged the mounting holes.

The first picture in this series is of the trip standard. I had thought about replacing the trip standard with stiff standards and I did not want to take the time to break everything loose in the trip standard. But I did break everything loose. The rest of the pictures are of the reassembly as far as I have gotten so far. The bottoms that are installed are HS446FC. I used good used frogs, braces and moldboards, with new shares, shins and landsides.

Last series for a while. The gauge wheels have been fun. I have had no extra parts for these in the shelf. Several parts are broken or junk.
I am looking for one cast wheel, part number C286A. It was used on: Beaders 300, F310 and F400. Listers 450-460. Midbreaker 350. Disk plow ABG20 and Moldboard plows 820 and 825.
Also 2 of the the outside cap of box part number G846A and 3 of the sleeve part number G847A. The sleeve has a sub number of AA23818. Both the box and the sleeve were used on: Disk Plows 475, 800, 805, 880 and moldboard plows 810, 820, 825, F35, F45, F110-130, F115-125, F325. More pictures when I get some more time to work on it. The vane motor is the next project.
