Is a 2130 just a 2030 with larger wheels. Looking at one needs rockshaft fixed, cheap has cab ok shape 2500. I have a 1520 just about redone the engine cooling sys needs pto clutch hyd pump leaks a little. It's just a little light for the hills and a 6ft med duty bush hog.

IMHO purchasing a JD utility of that era with non or poor operating closed center hyd's is asking for headaches and repair could be expensive. 2130 was built for sales in Europe not USA.

Sold in Europe and Canada. I agree with Tx Jim you need to have a firm grasp on the closed center system and be prepared to spend money

Same tractor different numbers. Alternator and starter maybe a Bosch instead of a Delco.
How far into the US did a tractor jockey haul it ?

2030 is similar to the 2120 sold here in Canada. The 2130 was the next series, 239 engine vs. the 219 in a 2120. There are a lot of them still working here, and a good one commands a premium price over nearly all similar sized utility tractors. Ben

Same tractor different numbers.

Not exactly the same tractor. 2030 had 3.6L engines while 2130 had 3.9L engines plus some other differences such as headlamp location and other lighting differences such as brake/turn lights
