ANyone out there have a picture or a link for an LUE power unit. My google search has not found much at all so looking for some help. Does anyone know what model hay units they went on as I may be able to go to JD parts with that to find some info.
Thanks in advance.

There is a little information about the LUE on another popular old engines website. According to what I read the LUE was used on a hay press
There are not many to be found.

E within John Deere's systems usually refers to Ottumwa products. There was an engine used on the 116W balers that looks like a LU*. You can see it on the ID page of the 116W parts catalog. It might have been an LUE???

I know also that there was a 4 cylinder John Deere engine used on the 116W.

The 116W initially used a Wisconsin. Then they used the 4 cylinder 92 series engine built in Dubuque. The 92 engines used sheet metal similar to the LUC so that is were the confusion could be. The 92 also replaced the LUC when JD replaced the 12A with the 25.
