Looking at a 2004 2210 with fle, push blade, mid mower, landscape rake for 4K....starts but has hole in block! I don't mind rebuilding engine but boy JD parts aren't free. Are these Yanmar 1.0 L 3 cylinders prone to detonating? Anyone have this sub compact and have a opinion.

Pete - the fle, mid mower, blade, and rake are probably worth the $4000. they are a nice sub compact tractor. I had one for 6 or 7 years. I don't think they are prone to detonating.
