John deere 840

Is a John deere 840 live pan worth anything? Just saw one on clist cinn oh guy calls it a 750 but doesn't look like one wants $3000 not running.

Kinda looks like a 760. Might be worth a call. If it is a 840, it's definitely worth $3000.00 I'd think.

I have a couple of 840 tractors that the plan was to have enough good parts to make one tractor. Ran the serial number on the donor and it was the unit pulled from the line to prototype the 1000 rpm shaft drive scaper.
I doubt now if I ever get around to the restoration project .

Well, after zooming in on the picture, it might be a 840...
I don't remember where the operator position is on the 760, but this is definitely on the side like the 840... Hmm. Doesn't matter. I don't have the $3000.00 to purchase it, let alone get it running or semi restored. Oh well.
