I have a 1967 model 4020. I noticed the flat head screw on the front of the pump has started to leak fuel. I guess it's part of the governor. It has the pump seal wire going through it.I tried to tighten it, but it won't move. Is this something I can fix or do I need a pump man?

Yep just a plug with a O ring.but watch when you screw it out, there is a pin right up in that hole that engages the advance piston to the cam ring and it may fall out..The plug hold the pin in place.

Oring P#> 27610 stanadyne/roosamaster..
Bison, that's a DB style pump not a CB.. see the head locating screw to the left?
The pump is going to be full of fuel so be prepared.. unscrew & install new oring nothings going to fall out.
Lube the oring before installing..

When I took the screw out today there was no 0 ring on it. It must have been like that since it was rebuilt years ago.
