Performed an engine swap on my 1010. new engine didn't have oil pump. installed pump from original, locked up engine after cleaning it up and testing it. When I first started it she had about 40 PSI of pressure. I check it the other day (I've added about 2 hours of running since I swapped engines) and now it's down to about 10 PSI and the needle is really shaky/vibrating. I didn't change the oil filter in the new engine before I installed, so I'm planning on changing that, but is the shaky needle a sign of another problem? What else could cause low pressure (I dont think the engine needs a rebuild, it was in really good shape and had good pressure at first)?
