hydraulic valves for farmerizing

I am plumbing up a loader and can't afford a real one lever controller. I can get it done with several separate on-off valves if sequenced appropriately. What sort of valves would work? Propane valves would seem most convenient, but what do you all think? (Aside from me being to broke to do it right!)

Thanx!

Here's a two spool valve from Northern Tool, their #1 seller, for $119. I suggest you get some help plumbing this up.

Good Luck.

Go to a combine salvage yard and get some common Cessna valves...many multiple circuit units available. JD, IH, Gleaner combines, etc.

The one handle controllers usually use 2 valves, I would only use hydraulic rated valves, also need to know if open/closed center

Yes,, You can spend a lot of time and money rigging up some thing that still won't work well,, A combine valve some times are not a good choice,, linkage issues and fittings are odd,,go to a Hydraulic shop or get on line and buy a valve that will work,,
