Rear wheel sleeve

On my John Deere 530 the key half sleeve, with the 3 bolt holes has broken, rusted, off. The rest of the sleeve is still between the axle and the cast wheel. "It is tight". I'm looking for a way to remove the rest of the sleeve. Any help would be appreciated,

Jack it up and losen the three bolts that hold the sleeve back out 2 turns, take the three big bolts on the other side of the wheel loose. live one in just to hold the sleeve , now turn in the Two forcing bolts this should loosen the hubs now take the good half out of the wheel and turn it over so the that half would be on the the top now drop the broken half out the bottom

After getting bolts loosened one can squarely hit end of axle with a big sledge hammer to help loosen wedges.
