Testing SCV's

When pressure testing SCV's with a gauge I can put hose in right side of either remote, push corresponding lever to front of tractor, get 2250# pressure and it holds. When I put in left side of either remote, I pull corresponding handle to rear of tractor for pressure, and it comes up but goes back to 0 when handle is returned to neutral. Should both directions hold pressure? I've had these hooked to a loader and haven't noticed it leaking down too drastic.

Yes both sides of breakaway coupler should hold set stand-by pressure after pressurized & control lever is returned to neutral position.

You have a Poppet leaking past on that side...
