PS cyl. leak

I have a 1998 John Deere 5400 utility tractor and it has developed a serious leak in the power steering cylinder I
ordered the kit from my JD dealer when it first started leaking (about a year ago), got it out Sat. to put in the kit and had second thoughts after seeing the kit I had consisted of 15 hard paper like rings with a couple being hard plastic and some being flat rubber type rings the numbers on the parts bag are 800260051 and 49043CRR. The part number in the on line JD parts lookup is RE45894.
Anyone on this forum ever rebuild the PS cylinder on these tractors before and if so, does this sound like the right kit? I guess I just thought it would consist of round o rings, etc.
