Are you positive you can't save the inner piece? There's a seller on ebay that sells under farmer john (from Georgia) that will have them. You will need to know how wide your's are. He is very expensive but the sources I normally use don't have any.
 
Miller Tire will have the blank centers. Remove the wavy center and have it welded to new rims. I did that on a 40 with rims looking that bad.
