4020 PTO seal retainer ring removed help??

I have a 1972 4020 powershift that is leaking out the rear pto shaft. I have done this before but had a hardness time removing the two internal Bearing and gear snap rings...it took a lot of bloodshed and I don't want that again but I cannot seem to find what is the proper tool to buy to remove these stiff rings. Regular snap rings don't work so what has anybody used to make this easier??

You need the next size larger snap ring pliers, you will need to buy them off a tool truck, my Snap on pair was $50 20 years ago...

Just for grins I had a look on ebay to maybe post pictures of. They do have the snap-on type with a bit of a bent nose but I use a straight version of not snap-on. But just like the man said, I got mine off the tool truck and eBay don't have what I do at all. Most parts stores don't either, you really do have to get them off the tool truck.

A friend of mine with my limited assistance replaced pto seal in a '69 4020 yesterday utilizing regular needle nose pliers and 2 flat screwdrivers. He couldn't find his snap ring pliers and I don't own any but he "gotter done"!
