Does anybody have some usable valves for sale? I need both in & ex.

Is this an early Hercules or later JD?

JD Bell housing is part of the block. Engine was setting outside for many years & everything stuck tight. Valves are pitted real bad. If I can't find some cheap, I will have my son build them up with tig & stainless steel. Would that work?

They are the same for LA and late LI, should have no trouble.

How are the seats?

Steiner has them, same as Hercules.

If all else fails, john deere dealer still has them, as well as the springs and keeper pin.
