Power trol lever

The one beside the seat is it the same for the A,B & G? I'm running into a little confusion ordering one. I thought they were all the same but the source i'm looking at has a lever for the A & G, then another lever for an A that will fit the B & G! There is a difference in price too. This 47 B I am working on has a Baker valve and Power Trol. I thought a Baker was added to a tractor with the power lift but isn't needed when the tractor has a Power Trol? It does NOT have the distributor mounted live power pump. I don't know much about the Baker valve or Power Lift but this tractor has both. I suspect this tractor had a power lift and someone added a Baker valve but later took the power lift off and put a Power Trol in it's place but left the Baker valve on? the Power Trol was hanging on there loose. all the bolts were loose like someone took it off or started to take it off. The owner can't remember details.

The baker valve was added to operate a loader or other equipment and leave the rear outlets or rockshaft usable, I think.

There are two different Baker valves. One was just called Baker Valve. It came as a kit of parts to
install in a Power Lift to give it position control of the rockshaft instead of just up or down. The
other one was called Baker Multi-Valve. It was a complete unit that mounted in front of the Powr-
Trol valve body and provided a second set of hydraulic outlets so two hydraulic cylinders could be
operated instead of only one with just the Powr-Trol. The A and B used the same Powr-Trol unit and I
believe the G did too. The early ones used a one piece control lever. The later ones used a two
piece lever which had a screw on handle.

Hope this helps.

This is the multi valve added in front of the Power Trol. Thanks James for the part #. I already had the number off of the Deere Parts site and used this number as a search number for the lever on this on line parts site I found. So it looks like the one lever they list is one piece and the other a two piece. That might explain the price difference. Thanks all.
