JD B Transmission Schematic

I've got a 1951 B, S/N B286248, with a single-stick, 6 speed transmission. In several of the lower gears and in reverse I have a very noticeable clunking sound that I suspect is a broken gear tooth. I'd like to try and identify which gear is the culprit prior to tearing into the transmission. Does anyone know if there is a schematic of the transmission that roughly shows which gears are meshed in each stick position? I've got a parts diagram, but can't tell from it what gears mesh when. Or, does anyone have any other thoughts or suggestions??

The factory JD service manual for that tractor is a must have item. It shows this in very good detail. Reprints are available and Deere likely still sells them. I forget the exact manual part number.
