New Problems John Deere 5065E

I am on my second John Deere 5065E in the last couple of years due to extended problems. It started when I first bought the first tractor in 2014 (2013 Model 5065E). I asked the Dealer to install a block heater. After I picked the tractor up they assured me it was ready to go. I took it out and attached a 7' brush-hog a few days later and started work. Twenty mins. into it the tractor started getting HOT. No extra coolant and the manual stating to use Deere products only, I filled with water after allowing it to cool, limped it to the trailer and home. The dealer sent a guy out and it didn"t take long to figure out that the mechanic never topped off the fluids after installing the block heater. After running it back and forth to the dealer for months several miles round trip with turnpike fees (about $70 per trip) and the tractor only having 60+ hours on it they finally replaced it due to burning oil. But that wasn"t it"s only issue. lifting anything heavy, (i.e.)round bales etc. would start a loud whining noise like the transmission was coming a part.

Approx. 8 months ago they brought out another tractor to replace the 2013.
01.)The first issue was when I was out hogging again and all of a sudden the tractor died. After finally tracing the prob. down wire under the tractor had been pulled into. The wire ran to what appeared to be a spark plug mounted under the frame, very poorly with NO protective sheath or conduit insulated cover at all.
02.)Next this tractor started overheating all on its own but this one has a screen that shows a temp gauge over on the far right, after checking the manual, it was the hydraulic fluid getting HOT. I checked the fluid level it was fine. Another call to the dealer and they tell me, well the JOY STICK was sticking when we delivered that thing out to you, I informed them that I knew and THAT WAS ANOTHER REASON THAT I WAS CALLING. They then informed me that the sticking may have something to do with the hydraulic fluid light staying on and the fluid getting HOT !

03.) Next I had purchased a 3pt log splitter for the tractor, due to the FACTORY DEFECTIVE HYDRAULIC HOOK UPS the lines would NOT stay connected so after working all day to set up the log-splitter, that was a wasted day and this TRACTOR is back in the SHOP.
NOW JOHN DEERE WANTS TO CHARGE ME TO FIX THEIR DEFECTIVE DESIGN on RUNNING THESE WIRES LIKE THEY DID UNDER THE NIDDLE OF THE TRACTOR BODY WITH NO PROTECTION ! ANGRY ? YES I AM !!!

I am a JD fellow but their quality of these new tractors seems to leave a lot to be desired. I am VERY surprised your dealer swapped out the first tractor. So kudos to your dealer. But it may be a good time to try a Kubota ?

Yes, the dealership swapped out the first tractor after what is described as clearly being the dealership's fault. It sort of sounds like you may still have a dealership service problem more than a tractor problem.

Sorry but your 5065E isn't the 1st one I've read about that JD replaced only to have problems with the replacement tractor.
