Filter prices

Last summer I discovered after we bought a new JD zero-turn mower that I can buy filters cheaper from JD than Wix from O'Reilly's. I just bought some JD filters for the 4600 last week and there was an additional 15% off, surprising. What do others do?

I haven't checked JD's price ........ but NAPA's price for my 22hp Z is $12.95 - gold Wix.

Napa is 2 miles away, JD is 15

for my model 40 tractor, the JD oil filter is $8.60 ; NAPA is $11.50 (but it includes the rubber gasket for the cannister)

In mot cases the NAPA Gold will exceed manufactures specs.. The NAPA Silver is more like manufactures specs. and is cheaper.

For my JD 445 I go to Walmart and buy FRAM PH4967 . Was a lot cheaper than DEERE but now abt the same price.
