A3463R block help needed

I need some help finding a usable block for my buddies A that I am working on. I have tried some of the local yards and so far
have no luck. We pulled the original and it is rotted out on the bottom side and someone put JB weld over it which has flaked
off and the block is just loaded with scaly corrosion inside the water jacket. We pulled a different block out of another A he
has and that one has a crack in the bottom skirt area of the cylinder bore from the mounting face all the way to the bottom of
the bore. I did read the thread on down here about the 60 block and I am assuming that the same places are good to contact for
this? I am in central Pa. My other problem at the moment is finding a good machine shop too as the local ones don't seem to
want to deal with the big bore two cylinders.

I am also in need of 2 usable connecting rods or a source that can rebabbit the old ones as the ones in it now are missing chunks
of babbit. Thanks for any help guys.

I was at a similar point on a Late A and ended up just buying another tractor for parts.

I have two jd A's for salvage that have the A3463R block. I don't know when I would be able to get to it, most likely two to three weeks. If you want to discuss it give me a call . We usually get $150 for a block , if you want checked for cracks , that would be $50. Then there is shipping cost, I'm near St, Louis , Mo. Feel free to contact me by email or call 573 535 8952, Tom Ziegler
