730 Diesel Aftermarket Wide Front

All,

Can anyone identify this wide front end on this 730D? I have the narrow front that I pressure is original also, and I'm assuming this is an aftermarket given the wheel color.

Looks like maybe factory. Picture isn't good enough to

It's definitely not a factory frt axle. Maybe it's a Norden.

Post pics of the steering arms and wheel hubs. That will tell what it is. Speeco used their own hubs and did not use cast steering arms. Schwartz is the best am wfe, then Norden and then Speeco. IMHO

I wish I knew how to store my equipment that way...I would have twice the storage space..!

A friend cutting Hay dropped one front wheel into a Groundhog hole and tore the whole WFE off AND caused much more damage to the front tractor frame area..

I still prefer Narrow front ends ...

In my opinion, all Speeco wide fronts were light duty and were perfectly good for most uses. The difference in the am wfe's become apparent if you mount a loader on the tractor. Then you see broken spindles, cracked "wishbone" stabilizer bars and steering arms wearing quickly. If yours has no repairs/welds it will work just fine w/o a loader.
