We have one and love it. It is tricky on icy roads but you get used to it.

Heres what little I know about IVT they take away some power,they make some extra noise,on a grain cart and snowblower they cant be beat.If they have problems it can be expensive as in all equiptment.I just sold an 8370R that was as nice as you could ask for to drive but going back to a power shift and no DEF and also which is off this subject they had no detent on 70 series but have since went back to previous set up due to customer complaints.I had two young men from JD that work in R&D and customer service here to look at something I had for sale and they made me feel a little better as I thought I was the only person that didn't like some of the new changes.I had a 7810 P.S. and it was a great tractor.

Thanks. Very helpful. I passed on this tractor as I have found 7820's with the power quad priced the same or less. May just do nothing and keep the 4455. It has 9500+ hrs. Looking to start pushing silage next yr and an wanting the lh reverser

Except for roadspeed and cab the 4455 is IMHO just as good or better than 7810.The 4455 digital tach puts on an hour for an hour where the 4440 correlated with engine speed.
