i have a jd 7 ft hay pu head. there is no model number & ser no on it from factory(not impressed). jd parts person says it is called 7 ft harvester head on the dealer online parts diagram. i cant find it on my online access panel http://jdpc.deere.com/jdpc/servlet/com.deere.u90490.partscatalog.view.servlets.HomePageServlet_Alt. how do i access it ? i have hard copy cat PC1335 and ordered parts i needed.
there is access hole on cam to allow replacement bearing removal and insertion. there are two access holes to line up. see diagram. what is cam held in place by ? is it just the metal shield next to outside piece shown in yellow. does the shield not shown hold cam in place ? also i cant access bearing to pull because not enuf room to move and flange. is there any way other than torching to remove inside hex bearing ?
