Well, I'm bringing the Ben Pearson cotton picker home in the morning. Does anyone know if there is another one that is still around complete. It's a two row and in very good condition. also has good tires. I hope I will have the only one left. Thank you, Rick
 
Is this a question that no one on here can answer or what? Maybe I'm over the hill but not to old to keep learning about something I never heard of. Not knowing and wanting to learn keeps me going.
 
I have never seen a ben pearson or rust picker in person. not a whole lot of old pickers of any sort around as most have been scrapped just like the old gins. very few folks have any desire to have one or try to work on or restore one due to their complexity and lack of available parts. being a cotton farmer, I have a love for all things related and enjoy preserving as much as I can. also you will find a paltry amount of info online about vintage cotton pickers of any brand, deere included.
 
I've tried to find out all I can about this picker but there is no data on this picker . I did find out the cost 6,000 new. But can't find out the weight, or any other data, all it wants you to know is the lawsuit that two men were into. But I think I have one of the best ones in existence. Would like to find another.
