I recently picked up a 74 4230 syncro the guy I got it from says the steering pressures need adjusted. When driving it darts. How do I fix it?

1974 model 4230 would have older style steering valve housing with adjustable/replaceable valves. Adjusting these type valves takes a special plate & dial micrometer. Valve housing must be removed from tractor to repair.
