430T transmission oil

while checking fluids I found that trans. oil was caramel colored. I assumed water had somehow gotten in. I drained and refilled only to have it turn caramel again after a short ride. Any thoughts? How would water be getting in? Not real experienced with these old tractors and I am stumped. thanks for any input.

pretty hard to get all the water out changing it.

Let is sit for a couple of weeks, crack drain plug to drain any water, do this several times.

Won't the water be on top of the oil? cracking the drain plug would only get me oil, correct? My next step is to drain again and clean with a kerosene flush before refilling with 90WT.
