I have our 4010 at the dealership checking out the hydraulic pump for a possible leak. It turns out it is just a line going to the power steering that is leaking.
But they told me about some kind of a rubber type coupling that is on the end of the crank shaft that buffers the hydraulic pump drive.
I'm not familiar with this so would appreciate any information anyone could provide as to it's actual function and the consequences if it fails.
thanks,
B'duckie
