Schebler TCX-12 carburetor alternative

Are there any recommended replacements for a schebler TCX-12 carburetor? It goes to a 1938 John Deere unstyled L.

I am not sure of the carb #, but I have a carb that looks just like the TCX-12 that came off some sort of power unit. It is almost identicle but the throttle arm is slightly different so you would have to custom make the rod from the governor to the carb. I was going to use it on my USL bought I found a TCX-12. Feel free to contact me as maybe you could use it if you chose.
