Dan, I'll bet you've already found those marks on your tractor wheel centers, but just in case - here's a picture.

What's the rest of the story behind this ? I must of missed it. I also had not heard of timing wheel weights before either.
 
Proper installation allows access to wedge bolts, jack bolts,
and pinion bolt to adjust wheel width.
 
I just always looked at the opening and figured that out ? Never knew there were timing marks ? Learned something new today. Anyone have the timing procedure ? I do not recall seeing it in owners manuals ? or my eyes glazed over it ? I read all the safety cartoons in the old books ! LOL.
