How do you tell whether pro is transmutation driven or live without putting an implement on it.

For 420/430 Dubuque: When sitting on seat & looking down, if you move PTO engagement lever to the right to engage, it is a live PTO transmission. If you move lever to the left to engage PTO, it is non-live PTO transmission.

If the trans is a 4 spd, its trans driven, even with the 5 spd, it could still be, push the clutch all the way down, engage the pto, and put the trans in gear, if the pto starts turning before the tractor starts to move, its live. Or with the pto running, and tractor in gear, push the clutch half way down, if the tractor stops, and the pto keeps going, its live.

Well it's transmission driven , dual touch and a remote , looks like the steering shaft has a piece put in to take the place of a torque generator? Factory tack , plain seat, wish it had a front rock shaft .
