I gave you B2721R eight days ago. I goofed and I apologize. I grabbed the B catalog instead of the A catalog by mistake. Hope you can return them to your dealer for a refund.

I also gave you links to the parts catalog, PC675, and the JD parts site. The parts guy at your dealer either doesn't know what he's doing or just doesn't care to help you. When you order parts in the future look them up in the catalog yourself and then check the parts site to see if they're still available and if the part number has been changed. When you order from your dealer do it by part number. Don't ask him to look it up. You said you registered with JD parts. If you use the parts site to order you bypass the the parts guy who hasn't helped you. If you order by phone or in person ask for it to be put on a "stock" order. That might add a day or two to delivery depending on how often your dealer places his orders but it should avoid a shipping charge.

yes, I think you gave me the wrong number - things happen, no big deal. I guess the 3481 is right? Thats what he ordered me. Thanks

You shouldn't "think" it was me. It was me.

I suggest you get in the habit of using the complete part number. Yes, A3481R is the correct p/n for the bushings in an A roll-o-matic.

Hey , you are very knowledgable and know your stuff; but your a little bit "too" straight forward- lighten up a bit. Thanks.

well i hope you will be considerate and still visit- you know alot on this site about alot of things. Thank you.
