I know I posted this already - had some good input. Im down to ordering two of these bushings off of Ebay for $56 each; any better ideas? I tried the one company to make them and they told me they dont make bushings. Thanks guys.

Why would you buy from ebay @ $56 when Pete in MD posted way back at the beginning JD only wanted $36.36 each ? You can have a JD dealer ship directly to your house.

Mike,
I know it's still good. I looked it up before I gave it to him 2 or 3 days ago.
I agree he needs another dealer or at least another parts counter guy.

www.jdparts.com says it's still a good part number. As the others have said, either try another dealer or log into jdparts.com setup an account and order them yourself.

I went through a similar experience with a dealer about 30 yrs ago. Told me that a head gasket for my G was no longer available. I called another dealer about an hour away and got my gasket. Never went back to dealer #1, and by the way, they are no longer in business.

I set up an account and cannot figure out where to go on JD site! Hard for me to start...I did have the part number someone gave me...??? Trued to find catalog number- no luck - can you help?

Call Green Parts store. They are great to deal with over the phone. 800-432-6319 They show the bushing for $39.39 each. About $6 freight.

Your local dealership can get them too. Just give them the part number and do not tell them what it is for. LOL They will order the number but may tell you two cylinder parts are obsolete. LOL

Some of these "NEW" chain JD stores do not like to deal in anything older or smaller. I was hauling feed few years ago and stopped by a JD store in WI. I need a common older part. I happened to know the number. The parts person told me he could not get the part. The young woman at the other end of the counter over heard the conversation and walk into the back an handed me the part. The first fellow did not want bothered with a $5 sale. I walked over an told the store manager what happened and that I would not be stopping back in. We drove by that store three times each week for four years and never stopped back in.
Green parts store.

Here's a direct link to the catalog. Be patient, it might take a while to download.

The bushing is on page 101 and the switch is on pages 26 & 27. The part numbers for both have changed as I told you before.

Hey thanks! I just registered with JD parts today and ordered them online- they are supposed to call me tomorrow to verify i guess...and yes...our JD store is two years old - not good help. Thanks again!

You asked for help finding the parts catalog on the JD parts site and I gave you a direct link to it. Then you come back with "thanks guys...I think I have them coming!" I don't get it!

Were you able to view the parts catalog?
