Will the flywheel from a hand start B

fit on a late styled B that has elec. start flywheel ?

Does it have to be from an early or late B ?

Yeah, I know, but I got a bee in my bonnet.

I think by the actual spline size it will fit but as to balance and being able to start it and not tear up your hand ? Who knows ?

I asked that very question about 35 yrs ago at the local Deere dealer. He said no!
