Figured out my power trol issues with the 60

Well that I'm glad to report that I found the issue with my 60's 3 point not staying up. After replacing the oring and washer on the rock shaft piston and still having problems I bought the manual from JD on the power trol operation and realized it was a weak spring in the return circuit checkball. Once I replaced the spring the 3 point and my 45 loader stay up as they should

Glad you found it and it was fairly simple. I've had my '60 since 1971 and 'Touch my wooden head' have never had problems with the 'Power trol' or rockshafts. As far as I know they are original. Cheers ;^)
