Hi all,
I recently purchased an government JD 5320 with 3200 hours. I have an issue with the tractor rolling when I have the engine, running or stopped, with the F-N-R level in P and the Range lever in N, as advised in the safety warning, (or any other gear for that matter).
It creates a substantial safety issue as the only way I can dismount on an incline is to lower the bucket and rear attachment so that it doesn't roll away.
I would appreciate your advice as to what is the most likely cause of this fault, (i.e. A transmission issue? Operator error ? ) and how best I should go about correcting the issue.
Thanks
Doug.
